❌ Cancellation Policy

At Bare Crumbs, every Bundt, cookie, brownie, and bread is baked fresh. Since our desserts are made-to-order, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

🔹 1. When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order only before the baking or preparation process begins. Once your order enters the oven or preparation starts, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

🔹 2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

• Call the number provided above as soon as possible
• Share your Order ID, Name, and Phone Number
• We will verify the status and confirm whether cancellation is possible

🔹 3. Refund for Cancellations

If your cancellation is accepted: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If preparation has already begun or the order is packed for dispatch: The order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days through Razorpay. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank.

🔹 4. Restaurant’s Right to Cancel

We may cancel an order in situations such as:

• Delivery location not serviceable
• Technical or pricing errors
• Unavailability of specific dessert items
• Failed or incomplete payment

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded fully.
